THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION IN ISLAM
Islam is derived as “rahmatan lil’alamin”. The Prophet Muhammad SAW was sent to introduce Islam to mankind. Its main purpose is to improve the human to return to Allah SWT. Approximately 23 years our Prophet Muhammad had built and improved Moslems through education. Education that leads man to a high degree, which is people are knowledgeable. Science is guided by faith will be able to continue the valuable legacy is devotion of God Almighty.
The humans get honor to be caliph on the earth to process the natural and its contents. Only by science and faith alone is the task of the caliphate can fulfilled is a blessing and benefits for the nature and all of His creatures. Without faith, the mind will walk alone so that it will appear mischief on the earth and it will be dangerous for humans. And faith without based by science easily be deceived and do not understand how to process them into blessings and benefits for nature and everything in it. (Education in Islam 1)
Islam attach great importance education. With the right education and quality, civilized individuals will be formed which eventually led to a moral social life. Because of the importance of science, it is no wonder that knowledgeable people have high positions in both the hand of God and human. (In Surah Al Mujadilah (58): 11)
Education is one of primary need in human’s life. With education, people will have a lot of skills and personality. As we know that education is activity that did intentionally, in order and means to change man’s attitude and behavior to be an adult man. So that he or she to be able to run the lives and fulfill his or her life goals more effectively and efficiently, to reach the successful life in the world and in here after.
A person without knowledge is like someone walking along a track in complete darkness. Most likely his steps will wander aside and he easily can be deceived by shaytaan. This shows that our greatest danger lies in our ignorance of Islamic teachings and in our unawareness of what the Qur’an teaches and what guidance has been given by the Prophet (S). But if we are blessed with the light of knowledge we will be able to see plainly the clear path of Islam at every step of our lives. We shall also be able to identify and avoid the dangerous paths of Kufr, Shirk and immorality, which may cross it. (The importance of education)
Education in Islam has important meaning because it is represents the spirit of the early downs of God's revelation. The first command in Islam is to read, read in a broader sense, including in it is to examine, to assess, to understand, to make observations, to make the learning process and education process. Thus, education is the beginning milestone of revelation. (The Important of Education in Islam). This can be seen from the word of God:
"Read with (call) the name of your Lord who Creates, He has created man from a clot. Read, and your Lord is Most bountiful, who taught (man) with messenger of word. He taught the human what he does not know.” (In Surah Al-Alaq :1-5).
Stupidity is one of the factors that to block the entry of the light of Islam. Therefore, human beings need therapy in order to become a noble and exalted by Allah SWT. The glory of man lies in the sense that God endowed. This mind is used to educate herself so has the science to know the creator and worship Him properly. That is why Prophet Muhammad uses educational methods to improve the human, as by education the human have the right knowledge. Thus, he avoided from slipped on immorality, weakness, poverty and divided. (Education in Islam 1)
God was sent His Prophets to educate the human to be a good man, creature who wants and know to his God, the creature who understands to whom he should be serve and worship. That all can be found in islam education, islam education intend to free of the human being from fetter of word and to be sincerity in action and worship. Education in islam not only to education, but also education in islam existence being a man is qualify, religious and know who is should be worshiped and became place to hanging. The main purpose of education in Islam is to seek pleasure of Allah SWT., pray with sincerity for Allah, and making God the only place of worship. With the education, expected to be born individuals are good, virtuous, qualified, as beneficial to himself, his family, his community, his country and mankind as a whole. Islam requires the human educated, so that he or she could realize his or her life goals as outlined by God. The purpose in life is to worship God. As in the word of Allah:
“And I created the Jinn and Men except that they may worship Me.” (Surah Dzariat: 56)
“According to Al Ghazali that the aims of education are:
v Aspect of science, which leads man to love think, promote the research and develop science, be an intelligent human and skilled.
v Aspect of spiritually, which leads man to noble, good character and strong personality.
v Aspect of divinity, which brought the religious human in order to attain happiness in this world and the here after”. (179)
Islam is the religion of peace and it is one of the most sacred and trustworthy religious, which has given us guidance in every aspect of life. Islam has given us education with knowledge which has not limits. The Holy Qur’an is the most sacred book of Allah revealed on Prophet Muhammad for the upliftment guidance and enriched messages to the humanity. Education makes man a right thinker, without education no one can think properly and find the proper right path in this world. It tells man how to think and how to make decision. And only through the attainment of education man is enabling to receive information from the external world. May Allah (SWT) give us strength to behave and act just as He likes us to do and be pleased with us, and that should be the purpose of our lives? Amen.

After analyze my writing, as a student of university I used common word more than academic word. Whereas we know that academic level should be used more than K1 word or K2 word. And in fact, using of common word is dominant in my writing. But it never minds, and I would like to say thanks for Mss. Aliyah who has told us about www.luxtutor.ca . I never seen it before and it is very useful for the students to increase their vocabulary. For me, it is a good program and with www.luxtotur.ca I can know how my vocabulary level.

Have not, because I don’t know about the activity like that before. I never saw it.
Analyzing vocabulary levels through www.lextutor.ca, I think it is very good program. It is very useful for us as student because we can know our vocabulary level especially in writing skill. And also we can use it to see increased level of our vocabulary.
Answer:
After analyzing my writing through www.lextutor.ca. Most of in my writing use common word (78,59%), then K2 words (8, 08%), AWL words (4,32%) and off list word (9,01%). Common word is dominant.

Yes I do, ICT/CALL/internet utilization is useful because with study about CALL/ICT we can know many think about internet. Honestly, after I studied CALL I get many knowledge especially about blog, I don’t know about it before, how the blog is. In CALL learning I have known about it, and now I can design my blog, it is very interesting. Not only about blog but there are much knowledge.

My impression during learn CALL is very interesting although sometime it make me stress and confused when task online.
My suggested for CALL subject is when learning process should be in the lab, so that we can practice directly while the instructor give material.
